Comparing cutting width without overlooking machine size

Build a useful shortlist by comparing cutting width alongside the complete machine, the engine configuration and the way it will be transported.

Make the comparison model specific

The JUNBANG materials include compact 550L models, 800L variants, the 1000L, enclosed tracked models and wider tank-style equipment. Models in a family can differ in body structure, engine and drive configuration. Record the full model name and the offered configuration on every comparison sheet.

A width figure is only the starting point

Compare mowing width with unit width, body height and weight. A wider cut may be relevant to the task, but the machine must still fit the access route and transport arrangements. Avoid estimating output per hour from width alone. Ask for a demonstration that shows the actual vegetation, travel pattern and resulting finish.

Read engine and drive information together

When comparing quotations, confirm the engine model and rated power, starting arrangement and drive-motor information that apply to each machine. A similar-looking body does not establish that two offers have the same configuration. Keep the final model sheet with the quotation so your team can compare the same version.

Build a short, testable shortlist

Choose a small group based on access and application, then request missing information for those specific machines. Include unit dimensions, gross packed weight, operation guidance and model-relevant video. The product pages provide a starting point from the supplied literature; final specifications should be confirmed in writing.

Structure your comparison by the decision it supports

Question Relevant specification Useful evidence
Will it reach the work? Overall width, height and machine mass Measured access route and photographs
Will the cutter suit the material? Cutting system and fitted cutter Comparable before, working-pass and after footage
How will it be powered? Engine or battery and drive configuration Complete model sheet for each offer
Can we handle it at delivery? Packed dimensions and gross weight Final packing list and receiving plan
