Request confirmation of the machine, controller, accessories and documents included in the quoted package. Ask whether any parts ship separately, what packing method will be used and whether the quoted dimensions include the complete package. Any stacking or loading arrangement should be confirmed for the actual shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n
Provide model quantities, destination and the delivery point needed for the quotation. Ask for a model-by-model packing list with final gross weights and dimensions. Keep freight and delivery assumptions separate from machine specifications, and confirm the commercial terms in the written quotation rather than inferring them from a product page.<\/p>\n\n\n
